Final Cut Pro 5 exporting as Windows Media Streaming Formats?
Posted by Greg1968 on June 21, 2006 at 7:34 pmI use Final Cut Pro 5. I need a Windows Media Streaming video file format for the web. FCP5 does not export WMV or WMF files. How do I get these formats using FCP5?

As Walter says… And as a WMV junkie, I can tell you that Flip4Mac is a wonderful tool to have. It allows you to export WMV from just about everywhere you’d want it to — from the timeline using QT Conversion, from Compressor, from QT Player, etc. Although I’ve never used the feature, suposedly you can even cut WMF into your timelines as they are created inside QT wrappers in Flip4Mac.
Enjoy…
