  Capturing Woes

  Trying to capture footage off a Panasonic DVX100b. All it gives me is
  a freeze frame every 5-8 seconds of footage that rolls from the camera.
  Plus, the capture shuts off every 35 seconds and the capture “error message”
  says there is a break in the raw footage timecode. I don’t see any breaks
  at these constant intervals, (by studying the flow of timecode). Plus, I
  changed the capture setting in FCP 5 to ignore these supposed breaks but
  the digitizing process keeps stopping. Any ideas?
