    DVCPRO HD Frame Rate Converter. Convert footage shot at 720p60 at 59.94 fps into slo motion footage running at 23.98. SMOOTH slo motion. That is due next week. Then after that, MOVEMENT ON STILLS. What people like to refer to the “Ken Burns Effect.” I am hoping soon that people call it the Shane Ross Effect, as I used it long before I even HEARD of Ken Burns. But that was back when I did all the moves on the pictures with a camera aimed at the pictures on a music stand.
