  • Compressor: Error trying to open source media file

I made a Compressor 2.0 Batch file with about 35 clips in it.

Now, Compressor keeps coming up with an “Alert: Error trying to open source media file”, and won’t allow me to submit the Batch for compression.

    Any ideas?

Did you render everything before you sent it to Compressor? Or did you move any media around?

Compressor is not finding some original source media that it’s requiring to make the files.

The odd thing is that all files are rendered, and nothing was changed. It just started giving me this error message.

Arrgh, I too am getting this message. It seems that it’s only when I try to import H.264 files. The files play fine in QT whats the deal?????
