  • Setting Compression Keyframes for Streaming Video – auto and manually

I am using FCP to compress video to h.264 for streaming. This video is placed in our software which gives you the ability to jump around in the video through clicking on subheadings. When a subheading is clicked the video jumps to that point, but if there is not a keyframe at that point the video is garbled until the keyframe hits and then it goes back to normal. What i would like to be able to do is set the keyframes to auto but also add in keyframes manually at the time of each heading. Is this possible?
