  Bad noise…whatcha going to do?

  Sorry for the lame topic. Best I could do on a lazy Sunday.

  I’m getting some weird digital interference in my browser window. It pops up consistently on some clips — one quick frame will have a little bit of colorful digital noise in it. If I jump to the master clip it may or may not have the same interference for that frame.

  Viewing the same clip in QT shows nothing. Exporting the clip with the noise and viewing it in QT shows nothing. It’s only there in FCP.

  Not a killer…just want to know what the hell it is.

  Do you have a capture device? How are you monitoring your footage?
