  Weird interlaced/jumpy movement in every 4th frame.

  This is not the first time I’ve struggled with this problem in FCP.
  I shot everything 24p on DVX, used easy Set Up DV-NTSC 24p and am not having to deal with rendering when I place clips into the timeline…but when i scroll through frame by frame, every 4th frame is interlaced/jumpy. In other words it looks awful…i tried exporting to see if it went away and it only looks worse when compressed.
  Ive tried adjusting Timeline Settings to Progressive and 23.98 and still no luck.

  It has pulldown added from when you first shot it on the DVX unless you used 24pA. But it shouldn’t look bad when played back. All film/24p has pulldown added and that is normal.
