  General Error when exporting to Quicktime movie

  Please help.
  I am trying to export a project which has more than enough room and I still keep getting ‘general error’ What do you recommend?

  I find i sometimes get an error when exporting, and it’s due to my render files. Don’t know exactly why, i think even though you can ‘see’ the render, the FCP file has lost the ‘link’ directing the timeline to the render. Trash your render files and re-render everything, that does the trick for me.
