  Compressor mpeg2 preset size question

  after exporting my self contained sequences and taking them thru the mpeg 2 60 min high quality encode, i’ve noticed that the output from the preset is 640×480 as a default. is this normal, or do i need to recopress everything at 720 before taking it to dvdsp3?
