alpha problem
i had done a project outputting to *.mov animation codec with rgb+alpha and have imported it to fcp, and fcp reads the alpha well…but in another project, using the same output setting, seems that fcp does not read the alpha.
there must have been software/preferences settings for fcp or ae that have changed for both projects but i dont know what…please help…any final cut pro and after effects expert out there…please help
my country uses pal format(just for info)

thnx, you did mention about trashing fcp preferences, could you please pin point which settings because i have been browsing thru all preferences (probably its been late in the night and i was under pressure to complete the job). What do i do?
