  Edit to Tape quitting

  Hi there,
  I’ve completed a 3 minute trailer and I’m now trying to output using “Edit to Tape” and “Print to Video”. However, the program quits as soon as I click on either. I’ve trashed my prefs but still doing it. Any advice?

  What Mac?
  What OS?
  What Deck?
  What Hard Drive?
  What kind of Output?
