• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Media Offline only in timeline

  After reconnecting my external, i opened FCP and my project that was being stored on the external. All that the Canvas was displaying was the Media Offline text while the sequence played in the timeline. However, none of my clips in the Browser had the red “offline” slash through it’s icon. Moreover, all of the clips in the timeline had it’s corresponding thumbnail jpeg, instead of the offline text. How do i reconnect???

  Select all in your browser and follow the promts. Post back if it doesn’t work OK.

  Boy that was too brief LOL….

  Select all in the Browser then select reconnect media. Sheesh.
