  Installed Tiger, Saying Missing Firewire?

  I just installed Tiger and the first time I’ve been into FCP it’s telling me my firewire is missing even though it’s hooked up no different than it always is. I’ve gone into Audio/Visual settings and seen that it says missing (strange), even though I’m able to control my deck with the log and capture controls. I tested the tapes using a camera as a deck and the image appears on the LCD, but not in the logging window…just the color bars. I’m down converting to SD from the sony HDV camera. Can someone please help me here? I’ve had no problems like this before installing Tiger.
