  Mixing anamorphic 16X9 & 4×3 Full frame

  what is the best workflow for mixing 16×9 & 4×3 Full frame in the same Sequence when the final delivery is 4×3 Letterboxed
  (with the least amount of rendering?)

  If you anamorphic clips are marked “anamorphic” in the bin, when you put them in a regular 4:3 sequence, FCP will automatically letterbox them as a RT effect.

  Yes thats what im doing, then I put a Widescreen matte on all the 4×3
