  Open DVD?

  I got three disks from a client on CD-Rs and inside the folders therin is a file called Open DVD. In HTML Read Me that’s with it, it says it was made with My DVD, which is a PC program, and I don’t have a PC.

  My question is, how can I get this footage and audio into my G5? Any way to copy with Disk Utility, or put the assets into DVDSP and make a DVD? I’m kinda on a deadline with this, so any help will be most appreciated.

  If they’re on CDs, they might just be MPEG1s.

  Sorry, Chris, I think your only hope is to get a PC. Run out to compUSA or circuit sity and get the cheapest piece of junk they’ve got.

  However, My DVD could be proprietary, never heard of it.

  Do you have Flip4Mac or VLC or Windows Media Player for Macintosh? Might open up them files.
  Sorry, buddy, all I can think of.

  Hey David,

  Thanks for the thoughts. Just for grins I tried one of my own suggestions, opened the damn thing up in Disc Utility and it saw it, so I tried making a disk image of it and that worked too, then I just burned a DVD! SOB it all worked!
