    Please,
Does anyone knows where I can find more information about copyrights for motion graphics for someone working inside a company?
I would like to understand more about the rights of use of all pieces that I’ve created to publish in my personal portfolio…
    Thank you

Try searching and/or posting in the Business COW and/or the Broadcast Design COW.

In Belgium the rule is that for everything you create while employed by a company or enrolled in an education, the copyright is owned by the company or school. Freelancers and commisioned independent designers keep the copyright on everything they create originally, but often wave or sell their rights to the client.

If you did the work in either a work-for-hire or employee situation, you have no rights; they all accrue to the one paying you.

For more information, as Steve says, see the Business & Marketing forum here in the Cow.
