  Effect issue

  Hello to all,

  I am new in FCP 5 world and need help. I have two video clips in time line. One is regular video clip and other one was created in live type and imported to FCP. Now I trying to put fade in and out effect in between two clips but it

  I am going to guess that your stop/start of each clip are too close. In other words, clip A ends where clip B ends, and there isn’t any handles on each clip. Try adding some handles to the end of clip A and the start of clip B. (Clip B you may have to add on a few seconds in Livetype.) This is, of course, without know what your setup is. You can set clip B on Video track 2 and start it 30-60 frames before clip A ends, then add the transition on clip B.
