  Render Settings

  I am using FCP 3.0, and I believe I am having a problem with my rendering settings. When I look at an image before I render it, it looks okay. But after rendering, the images come out pixelated. This happens with graphics, quicktime footage, imported pictures, transitions, anything I have to render. The problem persists when I export and watch the videos on a TV screen. I am not sure which settings I need to use in order for my video to render properly, but they are set on high. Any ideas?
