been searching for an hour and can’t find this so i’m resorting to
a post. i want to simply place a pair of keyframes in an audio track
(not in a clip) and have it control a level change across many clips.
i can’t find instructions anywhere on how to do this. how do i place
a keyframe in a track rather than in a clip?

    thanks,
    BabaG

    BabaG,

You can’t put a keyframe in a track, it has to be a clip. To globally change the levels in a number of tracks you could nest them.

    Better yet, use Soundtrack Pro.
