  ATI RADEON X800XT thinking of purchase

  My SYSTEM

  MAC dual G5 2.5 gig. 4.5 gb RAM. OS 10.3.8
  Blackmagic Decklink Extreme card v4.8b
  FCP 4.5 production Suite
  500GB G-Raid Firewire800
  Decks = Beta-SP, DVCpro, DigiBeta.
  Audio Mix = Mackie 1604 VLZpro
  I believe I have the stock display card
  Panasonic AJD-230H DVCpro deck

  I am thinking of purchasing the ATI RADEON X800XT display card.
  I there a difference between the Mac edition, Platinum edition, etc.? Also does this card only take one slot?

  The X800 only takes one slot, and is great. It, most importantly, plays Doom3 very well 🙂

  I don’t know what the difference is on different editions though.
