  How to export something with the following specs.

  Encoded as MPEG-2, with a 25Mb/s. Pixel Aspect ratio 0.9.
  4×3
  720×512 Chroma.
  Audio-MPEG-1, Layer 2 348kb/s Stereo.

  It’s a 30 sec commercial i need to encode. It’s for broadcast.
  I’m on FCP 4.5. What should i use? Do i need an additional encoder?
