• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  10.3.9/QT6.5.2/FCP4.5 – upgrade advice

  My current system is running great w/ no problems. But I have Motion 2 and it calls for QT7, what should I do? Scenario 1)10.3.9/FCP4.5 and upgrade to QT7? I’ve read that there are problems w/ 7 and 4.5? Is it still happening? Scenario 2) upgrade everything … 10.4/FCP4.5/QT7? Don’t know our timeframe for upgrading to FCP5, we have the educational version.

  If you are no longer a student, you are illegal… I’d suggest an upgrade now to a retail license.

  Also would recommend rebuilding a startup disk from the ground up running Tiger.
