Not shipping yet and I don’t think they even know how much it is going to cost. Will get a good idea tonight. I think its pretty amazing too.

Wow, that’s pretty cool looking software. I just submitted my name to get the download when it’s ready. 7 day trial period is a pretty cool thing.

What I REALLY like about it is that it is open source. This gives a lot of power to a whole bunch of creative and imaginative types who are tired of repetitive tasks in the timeline.

    [Michael Horton] “$299.00 Perfect!”

wow! Great price. Of course, now I would have to learn a whole new way of working with editing.

Are you going to post a report on how the software works with FCP?

It is simply a stand alone app that you would use if you have a bunch of repetitive tasks that would take forever in a timeline in FCP. You export your FCP sequence via XML to Traffic and use its Node based tools to do ….well use your imagination. Then import the changes back into FCP. The app itself is something one needs to get ones head around but looks and behaves fairly intuitively. Shake folks would have no problem with this app. Possibilities for plugins are endless. Commercial houses are going to love this app. Not quite sure where it might fit into a Indy filmmakers library.
