• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  [Firewire] Missing…

  I have tried 2 decks and 2 seperate firewire cables… i have also plug the firewire cable into the front and back of my G5…
  i have done numerous reboots…
  in FCP 5.0.2 when i go into capture i can see timecode3 running, but can’t see picture or audio… my tabs to choose video and audio are definately selected…
  also when i go into audi/video settings it says [Missing] Firewire DV

  what could this possibly be???

  i have zapped the ram…
  deleted the preference fila and user data folder…
  gone into the apple+alt+F+O and reset the VRAM and reset-all

  the strangest thing is that i can see my footage perfectly in iMovie, just not in FCP…
