  Asking a general question

  Where is the appropriate place/forum to ask a general question, request for product information.

  Gee – if you want to ask a question about an AJA card, you post in the AJA forum. If you want to ask a question about Adobe Premier, you post in the Adobe Premier forum. If you have a question about broadcast delivery, you post in the broadcasting forum. If you have a question about the RED camera, you post in the RED forum.

  So exactly what kind of general question do you have – perhaps “what am I in the mood for, for lunch today?”. And a request for product information – almost every product has a forum here, and if you can’t find a forum, there is a new invention called GOOGLE, that you can type in a question like “Pansonic P2 Cameras”, or “How to use Final Cut Pro”, or “used Sony Beta VTR’s”. Google usually works pretty good.
