  Keyboard Shortcut for Slipping on frame at a time ?

  Is there a keyboard shortcut that slips the clip (between I/O on the timeline) one frame back / forward ?
  Like the option+arrow for moving the clip along the timeline.

  First select the clip and then activate the slip tool (s). You can then use the [ and ] keys to slip back and forth one frame or Shift-[ and Shift-] to slip the clip the designated trim edit value.

  Right. Alternatively, you can use the <> caret keys the same way. Shift + <> goes whatever your multi-frame trim size is set to. Believe you can slip multiple tracks, as well.
