I’ve tried this over and over on three different machines and they all show the same error. Exporting a sequence from FCP 5 to SDP just doesn’t work for me. Here goes my “workflow”.

    1. I editing a sequence in FCP. I use standard DV-PAL material. All the edits are based on SUB CLIPS from the captured media file.
    2. I export a SDP Multitrack projekt file.

This is were my nightmare begins… The projekt looks the same in SDP as in FCP, however, when I playback the edit it sound VERY intressting. All the edits in the sequence have completely wrong in/out points. The “blocks” are correctly placed in the timeline, but their content is wrong.

If I in FCP do a media-manager copy of the given sequence and then export the new sequence form the new projekt it seems to work…

Has anyone else experianced this? It the export to SDP incompatible with subclips (i.e. not very usefull at all for me sadly)?
