  General Convolution Filter

  I noticed a video filter I have never used before. Under QuickTime Filters is a filter called General Convolution.
  I noticed it does something like a flash or a bight luminance look to the video. Did a search in FCP 4.5 & nothing comes up.
  Has any one had any experience with this filter & where it might be in the manual.
