  help please! export sequence to quick time-operation not allowed

  I’m trying to export a sequence of an hour and 37 minutes to quick time movie. It was a two hour project but I eliminated two sequences within the sequence to cut the time but it still says operation not allowed. I’ve rendered and mixed down. Thanks.
