  Best way to Edit 2 camera shoot without jammed TC

  I shot 2 cameras at the same time(each camera has the same TC hour but not synched TC) and at the beginning of each roll we simultaneously shot a clapper. So in FCP 4.5 HD I have all the takes in sequences with A & B rolls lined up 1 on top of the other.
  Does anyone have a good way to organize the edit? I would rather not always drag along the B footage unless I feel I need it.
