  Frame rates

  So, for some reason me and the editor next door to me have encountered the same random problem at the same time. I edit a lot in HD at 23.98 and often have to deliver an NTSC output. Used to be that we could export via quicktime conversion a 29.97 uncompressed quicktime, but all of a sudden, if we’re editing in 24 (or in this case 25) then output a 29.97 quicktime, it comes out as 25 every time.

  Has anyone else encountered this problem? Why would it happen on two separate machines at once?
