  pal to ntsc with nattress

  Hi:
  i am using a self contained file pal. it is interlaced with some progressive titles.
  after using the standars conversion plugin the whole thing looks bad, like flickering. might be some field issue but i tried several settings and it always looks the same.

  i have sc 1.1

  any ideas?
