  Title 3D crashes FCP

  I’m working on a sequence that needs to be exported today. It has many titles, made by Title 3D, in it. I need to make ONE MORE title, but FCP (4.5) now “unexpectedly quits” when I open Title 3D.
  I threw out my Title 3D prefs. I trashed my FCP prefs. I repaired permissions a number of times. Still crashing.
  I’m on a dual 2G G5 with 2G RAM running OS 10.3.9.
  Any ideas???

  Reinstall Calligraphy… it’s on your install disk or you can download it from Apple… Should be Calligraphy 1.1.

  That happened to me and after re-installing and trashing and so on, I found that I had a corrupt font. Not easy to find which font it was though – almost like finding a needle in a haystack.

  Font Book has a way of checking for corrupt fonts… it’s in the file menu.
