  Capture problems

  I’m currently ruinning Fincal Cut Pro 4.5 HD, and I am having trouble capturing video. It will capture fine for around 7 mins, and then the ‘capture now’ window freezes and stops capturing, and I have to force quit. I have more than enough space on my hard drive, and the ‘limit capture now to [##] Mins’ is disabled. My friend recommended I capture onto the mac hard drive, instead of my external LaCie, but that didn’t do anything. Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

  What’s your system setup?

  Also, never capture to your internal Mac harddrive.

  heh, sorry, the tower itself is a G4 quicksilver, i think, but not the mirror door model.
