Speed at 90% turns blurry
When I make a clip 90% the image pulses at times with a slight blur/jitter. It looks crisp at times then goes to the blur/jitter and back and forth. Anyone have an idea of how to remedy this ? I didn’t think at 90% there would be much of an effect on the image. Thanks

Make sure it is rendered and amybe place a de-interlace filter on it.
