  Apple Intermediate Codec Panic

  Hi

  I’ve received an HD quicktime file that uses the Apple Intermediate codec.

  I need to export it to DV pal for Pro Tools usage, but I only have Final Cut Pro 4.5.

  Is there a way that I can use the Apple Intermediate codec for quicktime 7 pro (which i do have)

  Is upgrading to FCP5 the only way out of this problem?

  I can’t even view this movie in FCP let alone export.

  I tried downloading the codec version 1.01 but it’s only an upgrade.

  please help!
