We just updated from FCP 4.5 to 5 and also updated Boris Caligraphy to version 2.0. However all of my old Title 3D files are now incorrect in terms of the leading (I now have way to much space in between lines of text and when corrected the file in the 3D work space looks totally wrong but correct on the monitor) Any suggestions? I dont want to have to redo every old Title 3D Text file, help!
    Thanks in advance,
    Matt

My old Boris titles crossed over just fine. So maybe you did something wrong. I know that’s not much of a help, sorry.

I have the same problem. It looks like the new versions plug into FCP differently- more the way Boris RED does. If you are using a video card like Cinewave you may also notice that the text is positioned differently on the Boris window, the FCP windows, and on actual video output. Not fun- wish I had an answer.

Just be sure that all of the effects you have added to any text, (shadows, kerning, etc), are all applied from within Title 3D and not from FCP. This new version seems to be very particular to wanting everything coming from within the Boris Title 3D application.

    Hope this helps!
