  • OT: Active Post Search Results doesn’t seem to be working correctly, older archives are

Just tried it again and it seems that the Active Post Search Results under Advanced Search only displays the follow when you click on a link:

    Date: Jan 1, 2001 at 5:00:00 am

The links to the older archive posts are, however, working.

    Inquiring minds…

The Advanced Search under the following is the one demonstrating weird behavior not the Advanced Search on the first page you hit when you click Search Posts:

COW Archives (March 2005 and before) are available by clicking here.

If you want to search the active posts, you should be using the first search engine that comes up (red box/green box/orange/box). Only use the Cow Archives search if you’re trying to search for stuff older than three months ago.

The new stuff is on a different server and database system than the old stuff, which is why you’re having glitches when you try to search for current stuff in the old engine.
