this started after I installed Mac OS X Tiger. Now I keep getting this message when I start up my computer that says:

An item in the Startup Items folder (“Library/StartupItems?Qmaster”) does not have the proper security settings. Using this item may cause problems. If you trust this item and want to fix the security settings, click Fix. To always prevent this item from being used, click disable. To skip using this item and show this message again, click Decide later. Then it gives me the Decide later, Disable, or Fix option.

This has caused major problems with DVD Studio Pro 3, Compressor, and now I’m afraid its messing up my Final Cut.

I just unistalled Final Cut Pro HD and DVD Studio Pro 3 Academic based on what it said to do on apple.com. When I reinstalled Final Cut HD the message came back. What is this? how can I fix this? Is it because of Tiger? please Help!
