  Problem importing files into FCP

  HI,

  I’m trying to import a graphic file into Final Cut Pro and i’m getting problems. Basically, i was given a graphic .jpg file with a white background and i brought the file into Final Cut Pro and removed the white background. I saved as a .tif file with an alpha channel tried to bring it into Final Cut Pro but it said that the .tif file was unrecognizable. Is there any other type of file i can save it as? Can Anyone help? Thanks.

  Save it as a PICT.
