FLV conversion in FCP4 Please help, deadline’s today.

I made a reportage for the webpage of a Dutch newspaper.
The deadline is in a few hours.
reportage is looking great, my
editor in Holland asked me to send it to him in an
flv format. So I get a compressor online, I worked all
night trying to figure out this thing using quicktime
conversion, finally compressed
it and sent it to the paper’s ftp, then I find out there’s
two diagonal purple lines on the clip. It must be some
kind of demo thingy.

First question:
how do I get this thing going and get a working flv file(loved
the image quality)? What program do I need to download? Where
can I find it?

Then my editor tells me to send him 2 avi files in stead.
One for lower broadband, one for higher. I’m an utter
illiterate in these matters so:

Second question:
How do I compress my fcp4 sequence into an avi for low
and an avi for high broadband? Please tell me in details,
cause it’s not even in my fcp4 for dummies book.

I absolutely prefer FLV, so please let me know how to do it!

Isn’t it possible with a professional macromedia package?
I’m going to a post facility to have it done, but I’m not sure if
they know what they’re doing. I don’t think they have flix.
Is flix the only way to do it?

Flix is NOT THE ONLY WAY to produce a FLV.

You’re a price, Bryce.
Yeah, I found out about the macro pro,
started downloading two hours ago,
installed it and am almost
finishing exporting(takes a whole hour man, an hour!
how old will we feel when we’ll tell it to our
kids ten years from now).
Anyway, thanks a bunch again, if it still
doesn’t work I’ll
rush to the post house.
