  audio from .mpg

  I have an .mpg file which has audio but i can not separate the audio from it for export. I have tried to open it in QT, FCP, PEAK DV, and PRO TOOLS. The info of the movie from QT time says it is mpeg 1 muxed. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you.

  I finally used Cleaner and that solved my problem. NEVER MIND KIDS. thanks
