  JKL sluggish

  Could anybody tell me why for the last week my JKL has been so sluggish? I am running fcp4.5 and quicktime pro 7, which a coworker installed…But I am not sure if it has only been since the QT 7 upgrade or not. The reverse fuction is very sluggish, where the video with just freeze during the reverse and snap to the frame that I stop on.

  Might want to try trashing prefs.

  What kind of drives are you using then? Are they daisy chained to a cheap camcorder?
