  Making watery reflections with 3d Stroke

  Hello there, hows everyone going

  i have just made a little neon sign using an illustratir path and 3d stroke. Its fairly simple, all it does is rotate. Is there anyway i could make it look like it is being reflected in a wet street at night in the rain. You know a bit taxi Driver-esque.
