ANIMATING KEY FRAMES – Ease in / Ease out
I’m animating still pictures – Ken Burns style pans, zooms, and pull outs. My problem is that when ever I do a zoom out, the picture starts off slow, and then speeds up to complete the zoom at the end of the allotted time for the zoom. I have contol clicked the starting keyframe, and the ending keyframe, and tried the ease in/ease out, but every time I do that, I get a curved path. When I check linear, it still doesn’t work. Anytime I use the ease in / ease out, it completely screws up my animation, giving it new paths and such.
Anyone know how to make a fade or zoom consistent over the entire allotted time? Furthermore, can anyone tell me how to use ease in / ease out successfully?
So frustrated.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help,
Damon
