  Suddenly Moderated, I apparently have an odd name

  So I love CreativeCow. And I appreciate you serving the creative community.

  Years ago, back when the ‘real name’ requirements came up my account was suspended because my first name is T. Yes just the letter T, with a period after it.

  I changed it to Timothy Payton, although I don’t go by Timothy. Then a couple of weeks ago I thought I would try to change my name back to T. Payton. It worked! However, I attempted to post and it said my posts were moderated. I did that a couple of times and then changed it back to Timothy, hoping that name was a problem. Now it has been a week or so and I’m still being moderated.

  Can my name be T. on the boards? Or is there something else I did to cause me to be moderated?

  There is an editor at Adrenaline Films in Orlando. His name is R.
  That’s what his mother named him. R Kearns. He is a very well respected editor in Orlando.

  Perhaps you should change your name to R., and then call your mother, and say “MA, why couldn’t you give me a decent name like R, instead of T !!!!”
