  loading FCP 5

  I have a new clean G, I have not put anything on it yet.
  Do I need to pre-load FCP 4 and update, before I start to load FCP 5?
  Or will the FCP 5 Upgrade box come with all I need to get up and running after entering the FCP 4 codes that I have?

  You just need the previous versions serial number
