  Cinema Tools Question

  I recently took a 23.98 sequence (DVX 100a at 24PA captured via Firewire with Advanced Pulldown Removal into a FCP system with a Decklink SP card and edited in a 23.98 timeline), wrote it out at 23.98 as a complete file, not a reference file, opened it in Cinema Tools and conformed it to 29.97. The motion looked great but the audio was pitched way up and wierdly was kind of in sync for about 5 or 6 seconds. What in hell am I missing here?
