  Getting sequence timecode in exported reference movie

  I am doing some testing with exported reference movies and I am noticing that all of them have 00:00:00:00 timecode starts in the timecode track, regardless of where I mark in/out on the sequence timeline. I have tried both DV25 and DVHD 720/24p material but currently do not have access to other material. Is there some preference or setting I need to adjust to get the proper sequence timecode in the refence movie, or is it always 00:00:00:00?

  Any Ideas?
