  Print to Video nightmare: video transitions = flash frames

  Okay, so I’ve finished editing my 30-minute TV show which has many fades & dissolves. Everything looks great as I watch it on timeline. Then I print to video and WHAM! At least 50% of dissolves/fades have a flash frame of video pop up in the transition. I’ve tried 1) re-laying in the transitions and 2) exporting project as self-contained movie, then printing to video.
  No go. It looks TERRIBLE on television. I look like a hack. Any ideas??? Thank you.
